AI-Based Learning in Mardan

KP is bringing AI into the school curriculum. At Mardan Youth's Academy, students already learn with AI every day — through an AI study assistant, digital practice platforms, and online assessments.

How does MYA use AI in learning?

Mardan Youth's Academy integrates AI-assisted learning across daily school life: students ask AI Buddy — the AI study assistant on this website — study questions any time, practise on The Mind Arena, and take SnapTest online assessments whose results show teachers exactly where each student needs help. Technology assists; MYA's qualified faculty lead.

Why It Matters Now

KP is making AI part of school education

In January 2026, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa announced the addition of AI to the school curriculum for Grades 6–12. In April 2026, the province approved a KP AI Education Authority to drive AI-based education across the province.

MYA students are not waiting for that future — they already use AI-assisted tools in their daily learning. When AI becomes a formal subject in KP (KPK) schools, our students will find it familiar ground.

AI-Based Learning FAQ

Is MYA an AI-based learning school?

MYA integrates AI-assisted tools into everyday learning: students can ask AI Buddy — the school's AI study assistant on this website — questions any time, practise on The Mind Arena digital learning platform, and sit online assessments through SnapTest. AI supports teachers and students; qualified faculty remain at the centre of every classroom.

What AI and digital tools do MYA students use?

Four in-house platforms: AI Buddy (an AI study assistant available on mya.edu.pk), The Mind Arena (arena.mya.edu.pk — interactive digital learning), SnapTest (snaptest.mya.edu.pk — online entry tests and assessments), and the Student Portal (portal.mya.edu.pk — results, attendance, and progress).

Is AI part of the school curriculum in KP?

Yes — Khyber Pakhtunkhwa announced AI in the school curriculum for Grades 6–12 in January 2026, and approved a KP AI Education Authority in April 2026. MYA students already use AI-assisted learning tools daily, giving them a head start as AI becomes a formal part of KP (KPK) education.

How does AI help my child learn at MYA?

AI tools give students instant answers to study questions (AI Buddy), self-paced practice with feedback (Mind Arena), and exam-style testing with quick results (SnapTest) — including SLO-pattern practice for BISE Mardan exams. Teachers use the results to see exactly where each student needs help.

Do teachers at MYA use technology too?

Yes. Teaching quality is managed through PAMS (pams.mya.edu.pk), MYA's Performance Appraisal Management System, which supports continuous professional development — so the technology story covers both sides of the classroom.
