MYA HR accounts are created by the HR office for Mardan Youth's Academy employees. If you need credentials or a password reset, call the school office — your details will be reissued to your registered number.

What is MYA HR?+
MYA HR is the staff portal of Mardan Youth's Academy. It brings daily attendance, leave, payroll, hiring and PAMS performance appraisals into a single system, available on the web at hr.mya.edu.pk and through the MYA HR mobile app.
Who can log in to the MYA HR portal?+
MYA HR is for Mardan Youth's Academy employees only — teaching faculty, section heads, administrative staff and management. Accounts are created by the HR office; it is not open to parents or students, who use the separate MYA parent app instead.
Is the MYA HR app available on Android?+
The MYA HR app is live on the Apple App Store for iPhone and iPad. The Android version is in review on the Google Play Console and will be published shortly — until then, Android users can sign in to the full portal in any mobile browser at hr.mya.edu.pk.
What is PAMS?+
PAMS is the Performance Appraisal Management System built into MYA HR. It runs structured appraisal cycles for teaching staff, records scores against agreed criteria, and turns the results into continuous professional development plans.
How do I get my MYA HR login details?+
Login credentials are issued by the Mardan Youth's Academy HR office. If you have not received yours, or you need a password reset, contact the school office on +92 937 830033 and your details will be reissued.
